24 | Roemenië heeft op 21-04-2004 de volgende verklaring afgelegd: The Permanent Representation of Romania informs the Secretariat that the instrument of ratification no. 490 deposited by Romania on 7 May 1999 contains an error. The said instrument of ratification states under item 1 that Romania considers itself bound by Article 26, while the Act no. 74 of 3 May 1999 by which the Parliament of Romania ratified the European Social Charter (revised) made no reference to Article 26.
