During their period of employment or assignment the following persons shall be allowed to obtain from the Host State a driving licence on presentation of their valid foreign driving licence or to continue to drive using their own valid foreign driving licence, provided the holder is in possession of an identity card issued by the Host State in accordance with Article 33 of this Agreement:
- 1.
the judges, the Specialist Prosecutor, the Deputy Specialist Prosecutor, the Registrar, the Deputy Registrar and staff;
- 2.
members of the family forming part of the household of the persons referred to in subparagraph 1 of this Article;
- 3.
private servants of the persons referred to in subparagraph 1 of this Article;
- 4.
counsel and persons assisting counsel and members of their family forming part of their household;
- 5.
interns;
- 6.
experts, if he or she is required to stay in the Host State for an uninterrupted period exceeding three (3) months.
