In conformity with the provisions of Article 75 of the Social Security (Minimum Standards) Convention, 1952, the following Parts of that Convention and the relevant provisions of other Parts thereof shall cease to apply to any Member having ratified this Convention as from the date at which this Convention is binding on that Member and no declaration under Article 38 is in force:

(a)

Part IX where the Member has accepted the obligations of this Convention in respect of Part II;

(b)

Part V where the Member has accepted the obligations of this Convention in respect of Part III;

(c)

Part X where the Member has accepted the obligations of this Convention in respect of Part IV.

2.

Acceptance of the obligations of this Convention shall, on condition that no declaration under Article 38 is in force, be deemed to constitute acceptance of the obligations of the following parts of the Social Security (Minimum Standards) Convention, 1952, and the relevant provisions of other Parts thereof, for the purpose of Article 2 of the said Convention:

(a)

Part IX where the Member has accepted the obligations of this Convention in respect of Part II;

(b)

Part V where the Member has accepted the obligations of this Convention in respect of Part III;

(c)

Part X where the Member has accepted the obligations of this Convention in respect of Part IV.
