This Chapter applies to contracts under which one party, the storer, undertakes to store a movable or incorporeal thing for another party, the client.

(2)

This Chapter does not apply to the storage of:

(a)

immovable structures;

(b)

movable or incorporeal things during transportation; and

(c)

money or securities (except in the circumstances mentioned in paragraph (7) of IV. C. — 5:110 (Liability of the hotel-keeper)) or rights.
