The Secretary-General of the Council of the European Communities shall notify the Signatory States of:

(a)

the deposit of each instrument of ratification;

(b)

the date of entry into force of the Protocol;

(c)

any designation communicated pursuant to Article 3(3);

(d)

any communication made pursuant to Article 8.
