The Court shall, without prejudice to the powers and responsibilities of the Assembly under the Statute, make provisions for appropriate modes of settlement of:

a)

disputes arising out of contracts and other disputes of a privatelaw character to which the Court is a party;

b)

disputes involving any person referred to in this Agreement who, by reason of his or her official position or function in connection with the Court, enjoys immunity, if such immunity has not been waived.
