The provisions of this Agreement shall be supplemented at the time of signature by an exchange of letters which confirms the joint interpretation of the Agreement by the parties.

The Court and the host State may, for the purpose of implementing this Agreement or of addressing matters not foreseen in this Agreement, make other supplementary agreements and arrangements as appropriate.
