1.

The Government shall facilitate the entry, stay and departure of the persons listed below:

a.: serving employees of the Office and members of the family forming part of their household;
b.: domestic and private servants of employees of the Office;
c.: experts;
d.: other persons who are invited by the Organisation for an official purpose.

2.

Visas or, if appropriate, multiple entry visas required by persons referred to in paragraph 1, shall be granted without charge and as promptly as possible.

3.

This arrangement shall not preclude a request for presentation of reasonable evidence to establish that persons claiming the treatment provided for in this arrangement fall within the categories described in paragraph 1.
