Chapter 2 (Non-discrimination) of Book II applies with appropriate adaptations to:

(a)

the performance of any obligation to provide access to, or supply, goods, other assets or services which are available to members of the public;

(b)

the exercise of a right to performance of any such obligation or the pursuing or defending of any remedy for non-performance of any such obligation; and

(c)

the exercise of a right to terminate any such obligation.
