The processor must achieve the specific result stated or envisaged by the client at the time of the conclusion of the contract, provided that:
- (a)
any result envisaged but not stated was one that a reasonable client in the same circumstances as the client might have envisaged; and
- (b)
a reasonable client in the same circumstances would have no reason to believe that there was a substantial risk that the result would not be achieved by the service.
