In accordance with Article 1:104(1)(d) (Duty to Co-operate), if the service is to be performed at a site provided by the client, the client may inspect or supervise the input, the performance of the service and the thing on which the service is performed in a reasonable manner and at any reasonable time, but is not bound to do so.
(2)
Absence of, or inadequate inspection or supervision does not relieve the processor wholly or partially from liability. This rule also applies when the client is under a contractual obligation to accept, inspect or supervise the processing of the thing.
