The buyer is required to give the seller an opportunity to remedy the lack of conformity if:
- (a)
the seller, promptly after being notified of the lack of conformity, offers to remedy it; and
- (b)
the buyer has no reason to believe that the seller will be unable to remedy it without within a reasonable time and where the buyer is a consumer, without significant inconvenience to the consumer .
