The seller may choose how to remedy the lack of conformity, unless the method chosen would, in comparison to other methods, cause unreasonable delay or significant inconvenience to the buyer.
(2)
In a consumer sale, the buyer may choose whether the lack of conformity is to be remedied by repair, replacement or other means, unless the method chosen does not comply with the conditions set out in Article 4:202 (1).
