(1) [Requirements Concerning the Request]
Where the law of a Contracting Party provides for the recordal of a license with its Office, that Contracting Party may require that the request for amendment or cancellation of the recordal of a license
- (i)
be filed in accordance with the requirements prescribed in the Regulations, and
- (ii)
be accompanied by the supporting documents prescribed in the Regulations.
(2) [Other Requirements]
Article 17(2) to (6) shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to requests for amendment or cancellation of the recordal of a license.
