(1) [Original Texts; Official Texts]

(a)

This Treaty shall be signed in a single original in the English, Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish languages, all texts being equally authentic.

(b)

An official text in a language not referred to in subparagraph (a) that is an official language of a Contracting Party shall be established by the Director General after consultation with the said Contracting Party and any other interested Contracting Party.

(2) [Time Limit for Signature]

This Treaty shall remain open for signature at the headquarters of the Organization for one year after its adoption.
