An extraordinary meeting of the Contracting Parties shall be held:

(i)

if so agreed by a majority of the Contracting Parties present and voting at a meeting; or

(ii)

at the written request of a Contracting Party, within six months of this request having been communicated to the Contracting Parties and notification having been received by the secretariat referred to in Article 37 that the request has been supported by a majority of the Contracting Parties.
