(1)
Obligations are solidary when all the debtors are bound to render one and the same performance and the creditor may require it from any one of them until full performance has been received.
(2)
Obligations are separate when each debtor is bound to render only part of the performance and the creditor may require from each debtor only that debtor's part.
(3)
An obligation is communal when all the debtors are bound to render the performance together and the creditor may require it only from all of them.
