The lessee may not sublease the goods without the lessor's consent.
(2)
If consent to a sublease is withheld without good reason, the lessee may terminate the lease by giving a reasonable period of notice.
(3)
In the case of a sublease, the lessee remains liable for the performance of the lessee's obligations under the contract for lease.
