All persons on the list of professional representatives before the European Patent Office (zugelassener Vertreter vor dem EPA, European patent attorney, mandataire en brevets européens, for short) shall be members of the Institute. No other persons shall be members.

(2)

The European Patent Office shall inform the Institute of all changes in the list.
