IN WITNESS whereof the undersigned, duly authorized thereto, have signed this Convention.

DONE at Warsaw this February 13^th day of 2002, in duplicate, in the Netherlands, Polish and English languages, the three texts being equally authentic. In case there is any divergence of interpretation between the Netherlands and Poiish texts, the English text shall prevail.
