Committees composed of three judges belonging to the same Section shall be set up under Article 26 § 1 of the Convention. After consulting the Presidents of the Sections, the President of the Court shall decide on the number of Committees to be set up.

The Committees shall be constituted for a period of twelve months by rotation among the members of each Section, excepting the President of the Section.

The judges of the Section, including the President of the Section, who are not members of a Committee may, as appropriate, be called upon to sit. They may also be called upon to take the place of members who are unable to sit.

4.

The President of the Committee shall be the member having precedence in the Section.
