The supplier must warn the distributor within a reasonable time when the supplier foresees that the supplier's supply capacity will be significantly less than the distributor had reason to expect.
(2)
For the purpose of paragraph (1) the supplier is presumed to foresee what the supplier could reasonably be expected to foresee.
(3)
In exclusive purchasing contracts, the parties may not exclude the application of this Article or derogate from or vary its effects.
