(1)
Claims are solidary when any of the creditors may require full performance from the debtor and when the debtor may render performance to any of the creditors.
(2)
Claims are separate when the debtor owes each creditor only that creditor's share of the claim and each creditor may require performance only of that creditor's share.
(3)
A claim is communal when the debtor must perform to all the creditors and any creditor may require performance only for the benefit of all.
