The involvement in the supply of the service of other persons on the client's behalf or the mere competence of the client does not relieve the provider of any obligation under this Chapter.

(2)

The provider is relieved of those obligations if the client already has knowledge of the information or if the client has reason to know of the information.

(3)

For the purpose of paragraph (2), the client has reason to know if the information should be obvious to the client without investigation.
