The present Agreement shall be open for signature by Member States of the Organisation and shall be subject to ratification. Instruments of ratification shall be deposited with the Government of the United States of America, which will notify all signatory States of each such deposit.
2.
As soon as six signatory States have deposited their instruments of ratification, the present Agreement shall come into force in respect of those States. It shall come into force in respect of each other signatory State, on the date of the deposit of its instrument of ratification.
