The principal must supply the commercial agent in reasonable time with a statement of the commission to which the commercial agent is entitled. This statement must set out how the amount of the commission has been calculated.
(2)
For the purpose of calculating commission, the principal must provide the commercial agent upon request with an extract from the principal's books.
(3)
The parties may not, to the detriment of the commercial agent, exclude the application of this Article or derogate from or vary its effects.
