Article 12

The International Labour Organisation shall co-operate within the terms of this Constitution with any general international organisation entrusted with the co-ordination of the activities of public international organisations having specialised responsibilities and with public international organisations having specialised responsibilities in related fields.

The International Labour Organisation may make appropriate arrangements for the representatives of public international organisations to participate without vote in its deliberations.

The International Labour Organisation may make suitable arrangements for such consultation as it may think desirable with recognised non-governmental international organisations, including international organisations of employers, workers, agriculturists and co-operators.
