Article 18:203 Termination by the Insurer

For the purposes of Article 2:604, the exercise of the right of termination by the insurer shall only be regarded as reasonable if it is limited to the exclusion from cover of the group member to whom the insured event occurred.

For the purposes of Article 4:102 and Article 4:203 para. 1, the exercise of the right of termination by the insurer shall only have the effect of excluding those group members from cover who have not taken the required precautionary measures or whose risks were aggravated, as the case may be.

For the purpose of Article 12:102 termination of the insurance contract shall only have the effect of excluding group members who have transferred their title to insured property from cover.
