(former Rule 43)
1.
The Chamber may, either at the request of the parties or of its own motion, order the joinder of two or more applications.
2.
The President of the Chamber may, after consulting the parties, order that the proceedings in applications assigned to the same Chamber be conducted simultaneously, without prejudice to the decision of the Chamber on the joinder of the applications.
