Without prejudice to their privileges and immunities, it is the duty of all persons enjoying privileges and immunities under Article 6, 9 and 10 to respect the laws and regulations of the State Party in whose territory they may operate in their official capacity.

2.

The Court shall cooperate at all times with the appropriate authorities of State Parties to facilitate the enforcement of their laws and to prevent the occurrence of any abuse in connection with the privileges, immunities and facilities referred to in this Protocol.
