The Secretary-General of the Council of Europe shall notify the Members of the Council:

(a)

of the date of entry into force of this Convention and the names of any Members who ratify it;

(b)

of the deposit of any instrument of accession in accordance with Article 22 and of such notifications as are received with it;

(c)

of any notification received in accordance with Article 24 and its effective date.
