(1)

The policyholder shall be entitled to avoid the contract by giving written notice within two weeks after receipt of acceptance or delivery of the documents referred to in Article 2:501, whichever is the later.

(2)

The policyholder shall not be entitled to avoid the contract when

(a)

the duration of the contract is less than one month;

(b)

the contract is prolonged under Article 2:602;

(c)

it is a case of preliminary insurance, liability insurance or group insurance.
