Where the party giving notice of set-off has two or more claims against the other party, the notice is effective only if it identifies the claim to which it relates.

(2)

Where the party giving notice of set-off has to perform two or more obligations towards the other party, the rules in Article 7:109 apply with appropriate adaptations.
