The obligation to co-operate under III. — 1:104 (Co-operation) requires the principal in particular to:
- (a)
answer requests by the agent for information in so far as such information is needed to allow the agent to perform the obligations under the mandate contract;
- (b)
give a direction regarding the performance of the obligations under the mandate contract in so far as this is required under the mandate contract or follows from a request for a direction under IV. D. — 4:102 (Re-quest for a direction).
