Whenever this Agreement imposes obligations on the competent authorities, the ultimate responsibility for the fulfilment of such obligations shall rest with the Government of the host State.

The host State shall promptly inform the Court of the office designated to serve as the official contact point and to be primarily responsible for all matters in relation to this Agreement, as well as of any subsequent changes in this regard.

Without prejudice to the powers of the Prosecutor under article 42, paragraph 2, of the Statute, the Registrar, or a member of staff of the Court designated by him or her, shall serve as the official contact point for the host State, and shall be primarily responsible for all matters in relation to this Agreement. The host State shall be informed promptly about this designation and of any subsequent changes in this regard.

The Court will use its best efforts, without prejudice to the functions and powers of the Assembly, including its Bureau and subsidiary bodies, to facilitate the observance of articles 21, 22, 23, 31 and 32 of this Agreement.
5.
Communications relating to the Assembly and the host State regarding the waiver of privileges, immunities and facilities referred to in article 32 of this Agreement shall be conveyed through the Secretariat.
