The price is due as of the moment the storer returns the thing to the client in accordance with Article 4:106 or the client, without being entitled to do so, refuses to accept the return of the thing.

The storer may withhold the thing until the client pays the price. Article 9:201 PECL (Right to Withhold Performance) applies accordingly.
