The Executive Secretary of the Economic Commission for Europe shall carry out, for the Executive Body, the following secretariat functions:

(a)

to convene and prepare the meetings of the Executive Body;

(b)

to transmit to the Contracting Parties reports and other information received in accordance with the provisions of the present Convention;

(c)

to discharge the functions assigned by the Executive Body.
