Where a court might remove a trustee on grounds of inability, refusal to act, or unsuitability, the continuing trustees may remove that trustee.
(2)
The removal of a trustee by a trust auxiliary or the trustees does not take effect until notice of the removal is given to the trustee who is to be removed.
