The International Bureau shall issue to any person applying therefor, upon the payment of a fee fixed by the Regulations, a copy of the entries in the International Register concerning a specific mark.
2.
The International Bureau may also, upon payment, undertake searches for anticipations among marks that are the subject of international registrations.
3.
Extracts from the International Register requested with a view to their production in one of the Contracting Parties shall be exempt from any legalization.
