The obligation to co-operate requires in particular the client to:
- (a)
hand over the thing or to give the control of it to the processor, or to give access to the site where the service is to be performed in so far as may reasonably be considered necessary to enable the processor to perform the obligations under the contract; and
- (b)
in so far as they must be provided by the client, provide the components, materials and tools in time to enable the processor to perform the obligations under the contract.
