A trustee is discharged by performing to a person who, after reasonable inquiry, appears to be entitled to the benefit conferred.
(2)
The right of the beneficiary who was entitled to the benefit against the recipient of the benefit arising under Book VII (Unjustified enrichment) is unaffected.
