The provisions of article 39 of this Agreement shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to the transport of persons appearing before the Tribunal pursuant to such orders other than a warrant for arrest.

2.

If the Tribunal issues any order other than a warrant of arrest in order to secure the appearance of a person before the Tribunal, the host State reserves the right to take any measures necessary to protect the public order and national security.
