(1)

A beneficiary has a right to performance of the trustee's obligations so far as they relate to that beneficiary's right to benefit or eligibility for benefit.

(2)

The persons who may enforce performance of the trustee's obligations under a trust to advance public benefit purposes are:

(a)

any public officer or body having that function; and

(b)

any other person having sufficient interest in the performance of the obligations.

(3)

A trustee may enforce performance of the obligations of a co-trustee.
