Preamble

The Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands

and

the Government of the Republic of South Africa,

Desiring that the Convention between the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Republic of South Africa for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income and on capital, with Protocol, signed at Pretoria on 10 October 2005 (in this Protocol referred to as ‘the Convention’), be amended by both States,
