(1)

The agent must without undue delay inform the principal of the completion of the mandated task.

(2)

The agent must give an account to the principal:

(a)

of the manner in which the obligations under the mandate contract have been performed; and

(b)

of money spent or received or expenses incurred by the agent in performing those obligations.

(3)

Paragraph (2) applies with appropriate modifications if the mandate relationship is terminated in accordance with Chapters 6 and 7 and the obligations under the mandate contract have not been fully performed.
