3 | Ratificatie door Zwitserland onder de volgende verklaring: Declaration regarding Article 15, paragraph 2 (a) and (b): Switzerland declares that it excludes the application of the rules of the Convention to waterways situated on its territory that are not listed in Annex I to the European Agreement of 19 January 1996 on Main Inland Waterways of International Importance. Reservation regarding Article 18, paragraph 1 (a): Switzerland reserves the right to exclude the application of the rules of the Convention, in their entirety or in part, in respect of claims for damage due to a change in the physical, chemical or biological quality of the water. Reservation regarding Article 18, paragraph 1 (c): Switzerland reserves the right to exclude the application of the rules of the Convention, in their entirety or in part, in respect of claims mentioned in Article 2, paragraph 1 (d) and (e) of the Convention. |
