Each Contracting Party shall permit, according to the arrangements laid down by its legislation, the transfer of all or such parts of the earnings and savings of migrant workers as the latter may wish to transfer.

This provision shall apply also to the transfer of sums due by migrant workers in respect of maintenance. The transfer of sums due by migrant workers in respect of maintenance shall on no account be hindered or prevented.

2.

Each Contracting Party shall permit, under bilateral agreements or by any other means, the transfer of such sums as remain due to migrant workers when they leave the territory of the receiving State.
