If the court orders enforcement of the disqualification it shall determine the duration thereof within the limits prescribed by its own law, but may not exceed the limits laid down in the sentence imposed in the requesting State.

2.

The court may order the disqualification to be enforced in respect of some only of the rights whose loss or suspension has been pronounced.
