The Host State shall not exercise its jurisdiction or proceed with a request for extradition from another State with regard to suspects or accused who appear before and who are prosecuted by the Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution for any acts, omissions or convictions prior to their entry into the territory of the Host State except as may be provided for in the Rules of Procedure and Evidence.

The immunity provided for in this Article shall cease when the person referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, having been acquitted, released or is otherwise no longer required by the Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution and having had for a period of fifteen (15) consecutive days from that date an opportunity of leaving, has nevertheless remained in the territory of the Host State, or having left it, has returned.
