Non-contractual liability arising out of damage caused to another by virtue of VI. — 2:211 (Loss upon inducement of non-performance of obligation) is modified as provided for by paragraph (2).

A person who intentionally induces a trustee's non-performance of an obligation under the trust, or intentionally assists such non-performance, is solidarily liable with that trustee, if the trustee is liable to reinstate the trust fund.
